Hey there, I’m Sophie—a blogger, copywriter, poet, and full-time mom. I live in the picturesque Warwickshire countryside of England (UK), where I sip copious amounts of tea, enjoy walks to the ducks with our little boys, and tend my vegetable patch overlooking sheep fields.

Before my life took this delightful slow life turn, I worked in the medical sector, holding a BSc (Hons) and a PgDip in Diagnostic Radiography & Imaging & Medical Ultrasound.
I worked in the NHS for a solid 15 years, as well as a stint in Australia, which I loved, and which allowed me to follow my dream of travelling the world and enjoying local life.
Now, in addition to managing the chaos of family life, I’m a certified Wellbeing Coach (LL Cert), and this is where this blog first started.
My ambition? It’s to savor life at a slower pace with my beautiful family – my two wonderful baby boys, my husband, and our little black cockerpoo Maui (after the Hawaiian island, not Moana!)
I strive not to take anything for granted, choosing to make every moment count.
However, I’m human, and just like you, there are times when my mind goes into overdrive. I panic, freak out, and ruminate about things beyond my control.

That’s precisely why I write this blog. It serves as a constant reminder—often needed hourly—to relax, recenter, and focus on the positive aspects of life, leaving the rest behind.
